Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Front Desk & Wellness Operations Coordinator to be the face of our studio. In this role, you will do much more than answer phones—you will build genuine connections with our clients, master the operation of our wellness modalities, maintain a pristine environment, and help grow our community through social media. Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Front Desk:
- Warmly greet every client upon arrival and make them feel welcome, valued, and comfortable.
- Take a genuine interest in our clients’ wellness journeys, listening to their needs and answering questions about our services.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and booking appointments accurately.
Studio Care & Cleanliness:
- Maintain continuous cleanliness throughout the studio during the day to ensure a premium client experience.
- Deep clean and reset modalities immediately after every client visit so they are sanitized and ready for the next guest.
- Proactively manage spills, clutter, and high-traffic areas to keep the studio looking flawless at all times.
Modality Expertise & Social Media:
- Learn the ins and outs of all wellness modalities we offer to confidently guide clients on how to use them safely and effectively.
- Assist with social media content, including creating engaging posts, taking photos/videos around the studio, and helping to grow our online presence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
- Exceptional communication skills and a warm, outgoing personality.
- High standards for cleanliness and a strong work ethic (you don't mind rolling up your sleeves to clean).
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or a spa/wellness setting is preferred but not required.
